In the Italian countryside, a meeting with chef Dimitri Harding became something much more than a culinary tasting.

There is an aspect of the business that’s difficult to communicate through a service list: the ability to uncover opportunities through relationships and conversation. This is what we’re exceptional at.

What began as a conversation about Northern Italian cuisine, local ingredients, and the possibility of an exclusive tasting dinner, evolved into a creative collaboration. By the end of our time together, we were exploring an experience neither of us had offered before: bringing guests into the kitchen to cook alongside the chef.

The kind of experience that gives guests more than a memorable evening. It gives them a story to tell years later, perhaps about the chef they met long before everyone knew his name.

In a world of endless digital resources and AI-driven research, we still believe some of our best work happens in person. Around a table, through conversation, and in the unexpected ideas that emerge when passionate people come together.
